Service Description

Meditation (Dhyana) is the practice of focused attention in the present moment without judgement. There are many styles of meditation and practice can help you discover which one works for your well-being. Some use the breath ro help practice some use counting. With regular practice it can help to give you a sence of calmness, peace, and balance. This may also help to benefit your emotional well being and overall health.


Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make it please RE-SCHEDULE your appointment or contact us to Cancel. Please note that if you purchased a one time class for $18 and you cancel you do not get credited back. If you cancel as part of a 5 Class Pass or 10 Class Pass you will receive a credit back in your account. Thank You!
