Tonia Stella
I have always been interested in spiritual development. I was a teenager when I was introduced to meditation, at a time in my life when I felt hopeless. It helped me find stillness, a way to trust myself more and calm my mind. Yoga and meditation have transformed my life, helping me cultivate peace and allowing my mind to find stillness through movement and breath.
As a teacher, I now have the pleasure of seeing this transformation happening in others. This is my Dharma (purpose) to help people grow and transform mind, body and spirit.
I am a forever student with a love of growing and developing my spiritual practice. It brings me so much joy to be able to pass on this knowledge to my students. My goal is that you leave my class with more peace, and joy than when you arrived.

Jane Kerrison
I found yoga when I was eighteen, and struggling with anxiety and a chronic pain condition called fibromyalgia. Yoga helped me to improve my quality of life and heal my relationship with my mind and body. Years later, I became an instructor so I could use my experience to help people find a practice that suits their needs, regardless of health or illness.
I focus on mobility, body awareness and relaxation, and try to make sure that everyone leaves feeling better than when they enter.

Autumn Gardner
I discovered yoga in my late 20s, drawn first to the movement and later to the deeper sense of reflection it brought into my life. In 2015, I completed my teacher training at Studio Yoga Yoga, where I also began teaching and sharing this practice with others.

I am passionate about the quieter, more reflective styles of yoga such as Yin and Restorative, which invite stillness, release, and mindful presence. At the same time, I deeply value the strength, energy, and challenge of Vinyasa flows, which help us build resilience both on and off the mat.

In my classes, I strive to create a supportive space where students can explore balance—between effort and ease, strength and surrender, movement and stillness. My hope is that each practice leaves you feeling grounded, renewed, and more connected to yourself.

Chelsea Stevenson
Chelsea creates space for meaningful connection—with self, community, and the world around us. Rooted in authenticity and presence, their warm, grounded energy offers steady support while inviting practitioners to meet both ease and discomfort with curiosity and courage.
Their teaching style is inclusive, dynamic, and playfully intentional—encouraging exploration of movement, breath, and stillness. Chelsea views yoga as more than a personal practice; it’s a collective act of remembering, resisting, and reconnecting. Each class becomes a space for embodiment, inquiry, and social awareness—where discomfort is not avoided, but welcomed as part of transformation.
Yoga has been part of Chelsea’s life for over 20 years, beginning with breath and meditation in early life. That early curiosity grew into a deeper study of anatomy, philosophy, and mindful movement. Since stepping into their first teaching role at a small neighborhood studio, Chelsea has become a community-rooted guide—bridging the ancient roots of yoga with contemporary movement practices and a deep commitment to justice, care, and connection.
