Toni Stella
I have always been interested in spiritual development. I was a teenager when I was introduced to meditation, at a time in my life when I felt hopeless. It helped me find stillness, a way to trust myself more and calm my mind. Yoga and meditation have transformed my life, helping me cultivate peace and allowing my mind to find stillness through movement and breath.
As a teacher, I now have the pleasure of seeing this transformation happening in others. This is my Dharma (purpose) to help people grow and transform mind, body and spirit.
I am a forever student with a love of growing and developing my spiritual practice. It brings me so much joy to be able to pass on this knowledge to my students. My goal is that you leave my class with more peace, and joy than when you arrived.

Known for her compassionate teaching style and emphasis on mindful movement and breath awareness, Tracy creates a supportive and inclusive environment in her classes. Whether guiding students through dynamic Hatha flows, restorative practices, or meditation sessions, she encourages everyone to honor their body, cultivate inner peace, and embrace the present moment.

Jane Kerrison
I found yoga when I was eighteen, and struggling with anxiety and a chronic pain condition called fibromyalgia. Yoga helped me to improve my quality of life and heal my relationship with my mind and body. Years later, I became an instructor so I could use my experience to help people find a practice that suits their needs, regardless of health or illness.
I focus on mobility, body awareness and relaxation, and try to make sure that everyone leaves feeling better than when they enter.
