Service Description
Hatha Yoga is a branch of yoga which uses the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which helps to preserves and channel our life force energy or prana. This is sometimes considered the Yang side of Yoga. Yang refers to a more active practice building strength, stamina and flexibility.

Cancellations after class begins or no shows are non refundable. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their own bookings online before the session start time. Rescheduling is not permitted after the session start time. No Refunds All bookings are non-refundable. Please plan accordingly when booking.
