Restorative yoga is designed to allow us to release and relax while using props for support in our poses. Blending the art of sound into this practice gives us even more opportunity to release. Sound has been proven by science to bring us deeper into a delta state where we heal, renew, & restore.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make it please RE-SCHEDULE your class or contact us to Cancel. Please note that if you purchased a one time class for $18 and you cancel you do not get credited back. If you cancel as part of a 5 Class Pass or 10 Class Pass you will receive a credit back in your account. Thank You!
