Vinyasa strings postures & breath together so that you move from one posture to another. This style of practice will have more flow & movement.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make it please RE-SCHEDULE your appointment or contact us to Cancel. Please note that if you purchased a one time class for $18 and you cancel you do not get credited back. If you cancel as part of a 5 Class Pass or 10 Class Pass you will receive a credit back in your account. Thank You!
