Service Description
Yin Yoga brings the principles of traditional Chinese medicine with asanas (yoga postures). This is a slower-paced style of yoga where asanas are held for a longer duration of time. This can range from 3-5 minutes (sometimes longer) per pose. Yin helps to get deeper into the connective tissues, such as ligaments, bones and joints. This can also be a great way to learn meditation as you are not moving as much as you do in a Yang practice. This style of practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward.

If you are unable to make it please RE-SCHEDULE your appointment or contact us to Cancel. Please note that if you purchased a one time class for $18 and you cancel you do not get credited back. If you cancel as part of a 5 Class Pass or 10 Class Pass you will receive a credit back in your account. Thank You!
